Birch Hills Apartments are DABCO's only pet-friendly apartments, and they have been built with household pets in mind. Vinyl or stained concrete flooring, pet washing stations (in on-site laundries), a 100-yard fenced dog park, and a limited number of outdoor kennels are among the pet-friendly amenities. The property is located just north of Maple Valley Apartments on Westwood Drive.
There is no separate pet deposit and no hidden fees. There are no breed restricions, as long as your pet has an excellent reference from a previous landlord. Proof of spay/neuter and up-to-date vaccination record required before signing and/or renewing lease. Pets at Birch Hills are subject to the same noise rules and regulations as their tenant/owners, and repeat violation will result in eviction. Pets without references will be subject to management approval in advance.
