The Village Centre Cinemas at Nez Perce Plaza has twelve state-of-the-art auditoriums, each with stadium-style seating, wall-to-wall curved screens and high-backed luxury seats with fold-up, cup holder armrests.
The theatre is open daily with bargain prices in effect before 6:00 p.m. A hearing impaired listening system is available in all auditoriums.
The 34,000 sq. ft. structure boasts a 30 ft. ceiling in its 3,000 sq. ft. lobby. The building was constructed using a foam block and cement wall system that allows for excellent sound quality and insulation.
The theatre lobby features two 50" plasma monitors, playing trailers of upcoming movies. It also features a 60-foot concession stand that displays a wide variety of items. Kettle corn along with the traditional style of movie popcorn, Eisenberg Gourmet hot dogs, ICEE frozen treats, Mrs. Goodcookie brand fresh baked cookies, nachos and an assortment of candies are available. The Village Centre sells Coke-brand soda products in addition to Cravens Coffees. A self-serve condiment center enables moviegoers the opportunity to put buttery topping on their own popcorn. A selection of seasoning salts is also available.
The Village Centre features a multipurpose room off of the lobby that is available for private birthday parties or group get-togethers before or after a movie. A birthday party package is available that offers a movie, concession items, a tour of the projection area as well as cake and ice cream in the multipurpose room after the show.
Pullman developer Duane Brelsford, President of Corporate Pointe Developers, spearheaded the construction of the Village Centre Cinemas. Design West Architects of Pullman designed the building and Brown Contracting and Development of Spokane was the lead contractor for the project.
The Village Centre at Nez Pierce Plaza is operated by Best Theatres Inc. Best Theatres operates the Village Centre, Audian and Cordova theatres in Pullman.
