Corporate Heights

With 59,500 leasable square feet, The Corporate Heights project would be our largest commercial property to date at almost three times the square footage of our largest commercial property currently. Purely conceptual at this time, this behemoth would have four floors available for medical, office, and professional business space, with room for a restaurant on the top floor that looks out over the WSU campus and the beautiful Palouse. Corporate Heights would also feature an underground parking garage on the lowest level with 47 parking spaces.
