As part of the ground lease for the University Crossing project, the WSU Perennial Grass Breeding and Ecology Farm was relocated from the University Crossing site to Terre View Dr just off the Pullman-Moscow Highway. The new site features 18 turfgrass plots and a multipurpose building that includes an office space, a shop, and a storage garage.
